Job description
The goal will be to work as Customer Service/Invoicing/Logistics in the Logistics, Quality & HealthCare Compliance department of the business Group active in the pharmaceutical sector.
Main responsibilities
- Handling of approval procedures with EOF for the import of Pharmaceuticals from Third Countries.
- Communication with the cooperating logistics companies to arrange details and assign / monitor the transported cargo.
- Cooperation with production plants (Greece and abroad) to monitor the production planning of products.
- Reception – Processing and Invoicing of orders
- Reconciliation and monitoring of customers’ open debit balances.
- Manage customer problems and complaints.
- Communication with the cooperating storage and distribution centers of the company’s products.
- Customer service.
- Adherence to procedures and standards
Required Qualification/Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- University degree of Economics or Business Administration
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent computer skills.
- Responsibility, confidentiality, spirit of cooperation and teamwork, ability to take initiatives.
- Pleasant presence with very good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and time management.
